Chelsea DeLoney
Chief Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement Officer (CEICEO)
Chelsea (she/her) is a third-generation Portlander, descended from Vanport survivors who inspired her to pursue restorative justice advocacy policies for Black, Indigenous, and communities of Color in health, housing, and disability rights. Before joining Oregon Consumer Justice as Chief DEI Officer, Chelsea made history as the first Black board president of Community Alliance of Tenants and recently served Multnomah County on the Pandemic Response management team and as a renter’s rights program and policy writer.
When Chelsea isn’t serving as Oregon Consumer Justice’s CEICEO or as a DEI consultant you can find her moonlighting as a jeweler and karaoke enthusiast. Chelsea’s most cherished role is mom to a vivacious son with whom she shares a birthday.
