Siobhan Guile-Boessow, MBA

Accounting Manager

Siobhan’s (she/her) passion for nonprofit work stemmed from volunteering at struggling nonprofits through the 2008 recession. From there, she went on to college with the expectation of going to school to study social work, but after some personal reflections, she graduated with a business degree instead. Siobhan has 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, with two years directly in bookkeeping and finance. Most recently, she has worked at SMART Reading, The Children’s Book Bank, and Rotary Club of Portland, and served as Past President of the United Nations Association – Portland Chapter. Siobhan has a Master’s in Business Administration from George Fox University and undergraduate degrees in Business and Women’s Studies from Whitworth University.

When she’s not knee-deep in excel sheets, she spends most of her time outside hiking, kayaking, and working in her garden, as well as knitting and baking indoors. Siobhan lives in NW Portland with her recently rescued 10-year-old Poodle-Bichon, Fitz (short for Fitzwilliam Darcy), and 75 rescued houseplants to keep her company.
