OCJ efforts are funded through unclaimed funds from class action lawsuits. To date, Oregon attorneys have directed residual funds from consumer class action lawsuits to OCJ to further our mission toward realizing consumer justice for Oregonians.

This settlement affects the rights of approximately 510 individual class members who, as part of a rental agreement, occupied dwelling units managed by The Management Group, Inc. in the State of Oregon from March 9, 2019, to September 8, 2021.

A settlement was reached in the class action lawsuit that alleged that Dean Innovations, Inc. violated certain laws by selling planting mix and other compost products that may have been contaminated with Clopyralid, an herbicide.
