Unfair debt collection practices, predatory auto lending, one-sided agreements, and fine print that limit consumer rights—consumers should not have to face these challenges alone. Oregon Consumer Justice was created to reimagine what is possible for consumers, disrupt harmful business practices, and hold bad actors accountable, all while building a movement for consumer justice.

Today, we proudly announce our first strategic plan, solidifying our commitment to this mission and providing the roadmap for OCJ to deliver results that put people first. Developed with the support of Espousal Strategies, this plan serves as a testament to an intentional, collaborative, and transparent approach to ensure alignment across our organization while being rooted in our vision, values, and guiding principles. Our strategic plan outlines our strategic objectives and priority issue areas in support of consumer justice, and the outcomes by which we will implement our goals and celebrate our accomplishments.
