In spring 2023, OCJ engaged with the Oregon Values and Beliefs Center to conduct a statewide consumer survey. The survey results are helping us to better understand consumer protection matters through the lens of a representative sample of Oregonians.

In June, we began recruitment of Oregonians who have experienced consumer injustice firsthand to participate in our first Community Cohort, serving as engaged and vital members of our organization’s planning work this fall.

Between July 2021 and February 2022, Oregon Consumer Justice hosted 12 community listening sessions in partnership with community organizations to understand how Oregonians experience consumer injustice.
